Yew Tree Plains was created in 2025 to provide specialist quantity surveying services and dispute resolution support to the construction industry.

At Yew Tree Plains, we understand construction because we have lived alongside it daily over many decades. First-hand knowledge of the financial, operational, and commercial pressures faced every day by Principal Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Clients alike, has been gained whilst fulfilling various Commercial Director roles within those organisations.

Our approach is pragmatic, commercially focused, and consultative. We specialise in identifying potential areas of concern early, shaping structured negotiation strategies, and delivering commercially sound, equitable outcomes that protect business interests while preserving relationships.
